Rebranding for Philanthropy: A Personal Journey

I had recently prayerfully decided to use my gaming prowess for caring for the poor, the hungry, and the otherwise disaffected in our community, recognizing that my skills could serve a greater purpose beyond just entertainment. Part of doing this is a rebrand to effectively communicate my new mission and connect with people on a deeper level. To this end, I took to Fiverr, a platform where creativity thrives, and consulted with an actual artist by the name of Samuel, who has a passion for design and art. He came up with the logo you see now, which reflects the essence of my commitment to spreading the gospel of Christ and philanthropy. The AI-generated art was fine and all, but I wanted something original and “real,” if you will, that would resonate with those I aim to help and inspire others to join in on this journey of giving back to the community. It is essential for me that the artwork conveys not just my intention but also the hope and solidarity we can offer to those in need.

On the venue side of things, I am attempting to partner with a local Parks and Recreation center in Lehigh Acres, FL, which I believe offers a wonderful opportunity for collaboration. I have taken the initiative to speak with the admin staff at the facility, and I truly believe this is a good fit for both parties involved. The center has a vibrant community atmosphere and a variety of resources that can greatly enhance our activities. As we look to finalize our collaboration, we need to consider the venues operating hours, which means we’ll be switching to a daytime meeting schedule. This adjustment works for me at this stage of life I find myself in, as I have more flexibility during the day and can engage more actively with our participants and the community as well as my own children. I am excited about the prospects this partnership will bring and am looking forward to seeing how we can make the most of this venue for our gatherings and events.
